      Pros

      The company is good to work for good flexibility with hours

      Cons

      The owner keeps our credit card tips they don’t pay up minimum wage when we don’t make good and the owner is always accusing his employees of stealing or trying to get one over on him no one wants to work for a company that gets mad at you for your customers wanting to drink water or for your customers using coupons ridiculous

      Pros

      The conventions are a nice perk. They have awesome swag bags and give away fabulous prizes. Work day is easily done by 3pm

      Cons

      Low volume stores have to work hard to meat company goals concerning labor and food cost. Sometimes locations are difficult to staff.
