Pros
Initial salary is good, working with full flexibility depending upon situation, understanding of certain situations especially emergencies and etc are very convenient. Managers with whom you have daily communications are pretty much professionals and friendly.
Cons
The only growth you get here, is added responsibilities with different tackles. The head think he is always right and rest are dumb ____. Always want to make sure that he is getting his package upgraded every year, but when it comes to analyst, nothing, nothing matters him with regards to increment. Always thinks with only companies perspective, but the main power house because of whom the coaches gets the data, they are just nothing to them.
