Hudson Energy has provided me the opportunity to have a career I never thought existed and my work-life balance is incredible! I have learned how to be my own boss, while still working with a management team to reach desired as well as personal goals. The majority of your success is on your own shoulders, and you need to work hard to obtain the life you want. This company offers incentives (on-top of un-capped commissions), as well as paid company trips, should you meet the required goals. Head office visits regularly, to speak with every individual of the company and answer their questions (no matter which position within the company that you are in). The opportunity is there for growth and movement within the company (if you show your consistent efforts and relentless work ethic). Overall, I am very fortunate to be apart of the Edmonton Office and to work with the best managers in the business! They are there for motivation, or help, any time you need it!

If you are someone who isn't motivated to put in the hard work every single week, then this may not be for you. 100% commission is tough, but if you work hard enough, you could make more money than you imagined!
