Toxic Culture. Staff moral is at all time low. Staff just waiting for the next shoe to drop, and lay offs and terminations to continue. You don’t succeed as a Company by being a dictator or microomanaging your staffs every move. Expect more commission hits for agents, resulting in more staff lay offs and consolidation of regions. Company only wants crops in the Mid West and Livestock, trying to push out the rest.
