Great experience for my career - Client Coordinator Hudson Sandler Employee Review

Lack of cultural diversity within the business, it felt quite old fashioned in terms of views, outlook and how the business was run in house. Lack of willingness for those at the top who needed to change/adapt. Bad management for my specific role, my manager was hardly around, forgot about my yearly review and was very keen to critique, often forgot about the encouragement side. I had three managers whilst working there, they were all inadequate. Manipulative and toxic receptionist. No salary increase after two years, most likely age discrimination or racism. Was told there would be movement for my career, there were no goals and no movement for my career were made available. Henceforth they lied in the interview promising what they couldn’t do. Often expected you to work beyond 7:00pm, you were looked down upon if you left on time or even at 6:00pm.
