The staff and associates are very friendly and they become your friends really quickly. There is great IT support who can answer alomst any question you have about the system and applications. There are very few "difficult" lawyers within the firm which makes for a positive atmosphere.

Remuneration is no where par with the rest of the industry. Management gives you more work but no pay to compensate or acknowledgement that you are getting the job done. It is rare that a Partner will say "hello" or "how are you" to the staff members. Annual reviews are pointless as staff are not reviewed by each person they work for.

Summer and winter social events.

Horrible organization. HR has no control over your salary, the partner does, and your year end review has not effect on it nor your bonus. Under paid. Staff talk bad about each other in the public lunch room with no hesitation.
