Gives great opportunities to employees and is rapidly growing.

Very small company and introduces you to consulting. You get good experience depending on the client you’re placed at but they place you anywhere. Good health benefits.

Managers micromanage (client and Hughes). People in the executive suite are unprofessional. Owner only sees employees as ways to earn money. Not a place for female engineers as the company is highly male favorable regardless of experience. If upper management doesn’t like something with you, they will not meet with you to address the problem, except to fire you or get you to quit. Staff is not diverse at all.
