      Pros

      Fewer hours than most big firms and the associates are generally nice.

      Cons

      The COO of the firm completely changed the culture. The work isn't particularly interesting are marketable if you are on a big case like Vioxx or Lehman. Associates basically have to do pro bono work to develop any marketable skills.

      Pros

      Great team culture, amazing leadership. There seems to be a new level of excitement or energy among the partners and leadership in the past couple months.

      Cons

      3 days in the office seems archaic especially on days like today and yesterday over 100 degrees in the city.
