Pros
Very good place to learn a skill and receive training on it. You are able to work in a good environment with other very knowledgeable employees. They have good parties that are another good bonus.
Cons
They do not compensate you very work for all of the hard work that you put in. The rreviewal process does not have much to do with a raise. The do not offer a good telecommuting policy. They require you to drive to work everyday.
