      Pros

      Senior staff is very supportive. They listen to your opinion, and give you chance to executive them. In all it is a good company to start your career.

      Cons

      Pay is not very attractive,medical benefits are less. At lease in the FPGA group, they are short of people, so many a times have to do months of testing for which an intern or technician should be hired.

      Pros

      Can survive if you hang out close with the upper management. This is applicable to most of the departments here.

      Cons

      Politics decide a lot of things. Working hours for the pay is not justified.
