Confidence with taking no for an answer from HIGH NET WORTH advisors. Same Schedule as the banks so off major holidays

No coaching what so ever. They give you a script and tell you to make 200 dials a day. They give you leads that have been run through multiple times or either new leads that are given to 10 other Recuiter’s. Owners fire people on the spot if you are not able to put up candidates. There is no selling involved what so ever. You call, ask for lunch, move on to the next. The process to move a candidate to the firm they represent is NOT 3-6 months it is 1 year to 1 & 6 months.
