Mount Vernon is a city that is hard to reach for those who rely on public transportation who live in New York City and you should have a car or live in the city of Mount Vernon (or surrounding areas) if you want to work here. This company is also fairly new, so they are working on procedures and policies, which led to much confusion in doing the work, because interests conflicted on a regular basis.
