Pros

On occasion flexible working thats about it.

Cons

This is my honest and personal experience working within this company. There is absolutely no diversity within the company neither is there any interest in creating one. This is concerning as it does not align with their so called 'company values'. Huler class themselves as a organisation that empowers and places employees at the heart of everything but this is the opposite. I have never comes across a company with only 40 employees that has so much toxicity, politics and backbiting. The new CRO is completely out of touch with all things sales and changes his strategy every other week and confuses the life out of everyone. His attitude and the way he speaks to people is extremely unprofessional and condescending , Sometimes when people are in a position of power they forget about human decency, If you enjoy being micromanaged with no goals set ahead then you will get along. Apparently if you have a difference in opinion and have new ideas that are different to his this won't sit well and will result in him documenting things against you to get rid of you instead of setting you up to succeed. We are given two ears for a reason if you listen to your sales team you might get far in life and start seeing results. He is that out of touch he cant even organise a tea party for a doll house. Once again not the type of behaviours you want to see from a employee experience provider. If you have any confidential meetings with HR to address any concerns this does not stay confidential so keep that in mind, It comes across as though they like to play both sides of the fence. The 'no d*ckheads' value is a very strong point that comes across in the interview but I can name a few d*ckheads in higher positions. It says everything about a company when they are replacing 2 AE's every 6-9 months ( they talk so much about their awards but the next award they should win is the amount of AE's a company has replaced within the space of it launching). It is very weird to see positive AE reviews when there isn't any AE's still working within the company as they never made it pass probation. I am sure you can put 2 and 2 together... The product itself is way behind many of the competitor's in the market as it lacks basic features i.e. a mobile app which the company has little to no interest in improving on any feedback given by clients reported by their non existing sales team as they have little to no clients so aren't interested in investing within their own product due limited clients/interest/resources. Instead of taking accountability for this they'd rather get rid of you or extend your probation and still get rid of you then make it seem as if you are incompetent of selling a product which is very clear almost impossible to sell unless you are offering it at a heavily discounted rate. The whole start up idea may interest you as you believe you may have the opportunity to grow/progress but this is the opposite. There's only what you can describe as 'little girl groups' within the company and if you don't get on with one 'senior' they'll plot to get rid of you.

My reply is based on several assumptions and similarities between the comments shared in this review and a recent employee exit from Huler at the end of our normal contracted notice periods within probation. This feedback is disappointing to read, as for the majority of the team does not reflect the culture and employee experience, which we pride ourselves on delivering. Probation periods are a two-way street, giving us time to assess whether the output and behaviours shown demonstrate a great addition to the team and our business. But also allows you to assess if the job is right for you. Occasionally despite the best efforts of everyone involved, sometimes the two do not align. In regards to diversity and inclusion, as our CultureBook shares, we never stand still and 98% of our team share that we're moving in the right direction and we will continue to build on what we are already doing and champion our people to be their whole selves at work. Always. Referencing our HR processes, when feedback is raised by any team member, unless it is confirmed when asked that the information shared is only for us to listen and not action, we will always use it to help drive positive change across all elements of our EX journey including ensuring all of our colleagues are managed and supported well. Whilst it is tempting to factually refute many of the points raised in this review this isn’t the forum for it. Ultimately, we are never done learning and would never want a member of our team, regardless of how they leave us, to feel this way. We will use the feedback shared as part of this continuous learning. -Suzi, Director of Customer and Employee Experience

Cons

- Can be a little 'hectic' at times, due to volume of work / different initiatives.
