Pros
Human Agency brought me on 6 months ago as they were experiencing a moment of exponential growth. That growth continues because both the leadership and the employees collaborate in a way that fosters individual development at the intersection of peoples' personal and professional goals. During my time here, Human Agency has proven itself, first and foremost, as a place that supports people - employees and clients, alike.
I have been so impressed at the lengths individual employees go to in order to help better the people around them - to aid their workloads, educate them on developing skillsets, and encourage great work. This is a top down approach where leadership works alongside both the more experienced professionals and less experienced team members who are in the early stages of their careers.
The pay is fair. People at every level are heard. The mission is understood by every employee. The work is fun, interesting, and rewarding.
While growth has challenges, the collaborative nature of the team at Human Agency encourages each person to bring their best everyday. It is a great place to work and bring ones' skillsets to the market in order to do good by doing well.
Cons
Growth has challenges (fun things to tackle with a great team), so what may be considered "cons" now, are approached as opportunities by everyone in the company.
