      Pros

      The VP level was always ready to mentor and teach. I learned a ton about systems integration all the moving parts that go into such a complex sale.

      Cons

      Without any past AV experience it was incredible difficult for me to identify qualified leads and sell this service.

      I was always acknowledged for doing my job and praised openly for going the extra mile.

      Cons

      Engineer Speak...I was often required to translate technical information into everyday language. Loved it!
