Pros

The company is driven by innovative spirit, focused on delivering solutions to improve public sector efficiency and access to services. The level of research and knowledge is amazing. For Human Dynamics the human leadership providing me with a lot of suggestions to attend external courses to increase my skills. I am also amazed of how is important the gender balance at managerial but also operational levels. I would recommend you as a real challenging and rewarding experience.

Cons

You need to keep improving all the time. The complexity in terms of the clients, the frustration coming from unfair competition, the speed you need to move from one sector to another one and from one county to another....This is a real opportunity for a competitive and ambitious person.

Pros

Good location in Downtown Vienna.

Cons

Where do I start? Clueless management with a domineering owner who rules through fear. Take the collective advice of all the posters and tear up your current offer and run!

Pros

Very good school to learn what you should avoid in terms of prospective, expectations, lack of professionalism and bad practices. Meeting, skilled people from different backgrounds

Cons

The only vision is making profit at any…cost. No matter what it takes. The owner just doesn’t trust any of his employees (expendables) and is a micro-management freak that sees conspiracies everywhere. He brainwashes his weak managers (his minions) in order to blame constantly the demotivated and terrorized staff. He pretends that working for his company is the greatest opportunity that happens once in a lifetime and that people should be eternally grateful. No HR policy nor department. Very high-turnover of staff. The wise ones, when they see there is no perspective in this unrealistic environment (or if they get the chance to be fired) leave the company (but with the risk of being ostracized as a traitor to one’s kind) like rats from a ship. You might be disappointed to see what is being done with taxpayers ‘money for development. And that of course is repugnant.
