Pros

Very good school to learn what you should avoid in terms of prospective, expectations, lack of professionalism and bad practices. Meeting, skilled people from different backgrounds

Cons

The only vision is making profit at any…cost. No matter what it takes. The owner just doesn’t trust any of his employees (expendables) and is a micro-management freak that sees conspiracies everywhere. He brainwashes his weak managers (his minions) in order to blame constantly the demotivated and terrorized staff. He pretends that working for his company is the greatest opportunity that happens once in a lifetime and that people should be eternally grateful. No HR policy nor department. Very high-turnover of staff. The wise ones, when they see there is no perspective in this unrealistic environment (or if they get the chance to be fired) leave the company (but with the risk of being ostracized as a traitor to one’s kind) like rats from a ship. You might be disappointed to see what is being done with taxpayers ‘money for development. And that of course is repugnant.

Pros

Good location in Downtown Vienna.

Cons

Where do I start? Clueless management with a domineering owner who rules through fear. Take the collective advice of all the posters and tear up your current offer and run!

Pros

I see a lot of negative reviews from staff who works in the HQ of the company. I personally worked in the field (in Turkmenistan) for more than a year. I will be frank - although there were certain issues, this was still probably my best EU long term consultancy experience out of 4 experiences with 4 different companies in this field. Contrary to other consultancies which were saving so heavily that sometimes little, if anything was left for the actual implementation of the project, Human Dynamics' approach was more serious and more Client and needs-oriented. I dealt only with Project Director, never with Senior Management.

Cons

Difficult to say. The project faced extreme restrictions when I worked there and started being implemented only when I lost my patience and left it, after spending more than a year in Turkmenistan. Since restrictions were so extreme, it's difficult to comment the cons. The cons can be commented when there are a lot of activities.
