Pros
I worked for Human for several years and enjoyed it. We were growing the company and that made it exciting. We created really new approaches and I know the work made a difference for the brands I worked with. The business grew because the work was excellent and you feel this commitment to great work from senior management. The leadership are very focussed, a little too demanding at times but I learned a lot from them and think the experience put me ahead in my career. Serious people trying to do something different. Business is small but brands it works with very large. A lot of projects from the US means a lot of travel which for me was welcome but others may find tiresome.
Cons
A little too focussed on clients and the work. Perhaps more drinks and social occasions. When we did it it was great fun. Senior management travel a lot so not always around to support.
