Where do I begin? This company doesn’t care about its employees, to be quite frank. Lots of empty promises brought on by management (ex. They promise bonuses if you succeed your goals each month, but I haven’t seen a single dime for my accomplishments). Not only that— they don’t put ANY effort into filling positions (another ex. We’ve had a vacant position that hasn’t been filled for almost a year now and employees have been picking up the slack because of it).
