Great people work for this small design firm. The environment promotes creativity. There is a transparent leadership structure and decision-makers are very accessible.

Very few cons, perhaps only that being in the smaller city in the middle of the country, the diversity of work they get may seem restrictive. However, they have been proactive in seeking projects throughout the US and ever internationally.

So good plus almost great.

There are many downsides yep.
