Leadership frequently guilt-trips employees for taking their entitled leave and consistently belittles professional contributions. • Poor Leadership: Management lacks a clear sense of direction and is focused on a failing product. This environment has caused significant stress-related health issues among the staff. • Unethical Practices: I strongly advise against joining this organization, particularly the Hyderabad branch. I found their conduct to be unethical, specifically regarding their attempts to sabotage my final settlement process.
