Pros

Brainpower, collaboration, integrity, commitment and fun. This firm cares about their clients deeply and is very committed to service and deliverable excellence. It is headed by an amazing, strong, deeply inspiring new leader who has grown with the firm over 15 years. There's a brain trust of OD, HR and Executive Search senior executives whose collective knowledge easily spans over 100 years. When I first met this firm over three years ago, I had no idea of the journey I would take with them. I am impressed again and again by the level of integrity, quality of output and feeling of camaraderie. We all help each other out and have each other's backs. I love being a part of this team and wouldn't want it any other way.

Cons

Very few. Sometimes it's a mad dash to maintain that nimbleness and quality!

Pros

The team is so supportive. They are all willing to teach you and you can learn a lot from everyone who works with me.I consider myself very lucky to work here. Since it is a small company (but steadily growing), it is really easy to create strong bonds among co workers, so it was easy for me to learn from everyone as well as assimilate to the wonderful family culture that HRD has created. HRD is also honest and they care about their clients as much as their own employees, which was passed down through the CEO of HRD. Wouldn't change a thing.

Cons

I would say that since they are growing so much, they might lose the charm of working for a small company. However, I think that since it is such a core value for the company that it will fix itself and go back to the same culture it had before.
