It is headed by an amazing, strong, deeply inspiring new leader who has grown with the firm over 15 years. There's a brain trust of OD, HR and Executive Search senior executives whose collective knowledge easily spans over 100 years. When I first met this firm over three years ago, I had no idea of the journey I would take with them. I am impressed again and again by the level of integrity, quality of output and feeling of camaraderie. We all help each other out and have each other's backs. I love being a part of this team and wouldn't want it any other way.
