There's not enough organization across the company or its departments. Managers expect you to provide solutions without sufficient context, which often leaves you feeling lost and anxious.

Humancentric creates beautiful products that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. They have a great eye for design that is impressive.

During the interview process, Humancentric asks for real usable work and passed you through a few rounds of interviews. However, after sending work in, they ask for the design source files, which is highly irregular, and you never hear back from them again. It's a disappointing experience that leaves you feeling like your work is taken advantage of. I would advise others to be cautious when sharing their work and to clarify expectations upfront.
