Flexible remote work overshadowed by micromanagement issues - Technical Sourcer HumanKind HR Employee Review

I'm thrilled to return to the HumanKind HR Team. I've had the pleasure of working at HumanKind HR in 2019-2020 and now since April 2025. My experience is just as rewarding now as it was 5 years ago. I feel genuinely welcomed, supported, and inspired by the incredible team around me. The leadership here genuinely cares about employees’ growth and well-being. They are transparent, approachable, and always open to feedback. One of the most exciting aspects of working here is the culture of innovation and collaboration. We’re encouraged to think big, take smart risks, and push boundaries. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow.

There are no cons for me. The work-life balance is amazing. The work is fully remote and flexible which I love and is a huge plus for me. However, there is an office for meetings and/or for a change of scenery, if needed.

Great company to start a career at because you will gain a good basic level understanding of the corporate world and how things work.

There was a lack of trust in employees and what they were doing.
