Pros
easy to work with LOWER managment only. good company to work for in some senses, but omg the pay is aweful, we are in the bottom 4% for this field and they dont care that the reason the turnover is so high is because people use this job to get a low level clearance and then another job as fast as possible making twice as much.
Cons
upper managment is difficult to deal with. They obviously get nice bonuses because our program directory drove a mazarrati in to come give me my 100 christmas bonus. thanks. that says a lot. their happy hours are only at times when corporate people could make it and they talk a lot about racing their porches. must be nice, but too bad that on the salary for lower level techs, we barely make enough to live in this in this area, and not enough to even drive a new civic. thank god, i dont have to deal with then much.
