      The employees are extra nice & friendly. Good location. Nice call center. Free parking. Overtime. Flex w/work-home balance!!

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for advancement due to personal clicks in mid level management. Mid level management estranged from lower level employees. Training could be better. Rushed lunches. Lot of duties for pay.
