-The animals and the impact you have on their lives -The facilities are well-built for the animals and the care the animals and community could receive here with proper staffing is incredible

-Upper management being disrespectful and not appreciating frontline workers -Massive safety risk, didn't require any vaccines before working directly with sick/injured/bite-risk animals -Unable to afford basic needs -Work hours, in customer care you don't get home until 7pm each day -Overworked, expected to do a million things at once -Understaffed
