Shelter environment in general can be difficult

Being able to intervene when they wrongly want to put an animal down.

Rebecca Stevens is the most negligent and uncaring person I have met. She doesn't care about animals and cares more about funding a donor wall than funding the medical care needs of animals. She wrongfully had a critical case stay for surgery under an injured vet that shouldn't and couldn't do the surgery. No overnight Staff was present and a dog ended up passing. The dog wasn't sent to an emergency room and ended up passing because Rebecca Stevens wouldn't send them to to an emergency clinic. She is very rude to her staff and treats everyone horriblely.
