Remote offices can become challenging at times

The company and the application platform are awesome! Very interesting interviewing process where I was asked to take the assessment after my first interview. I complied and the assessment was really quick. I was sent several reports, which I assumed was the final outcome for this product. Boy, was I wrong! During my next interview, I got to see how they use the data from the assessment and how they use it to compare my work style, motivators, communications and aspirations within the analytic engine of their software. I was completely blown away and as such, became extremely excited about this software’s prospects. I’m amazed at how well I was able to get to work, because my manager and I share similar personality traits. They were able determine this from my assessment. Then I got to see how I fit in with the culture for the rest of the company. It’s amazing how this software can ascertain how you fit in.

It’s in startup mode and it’s really busy. People wear multiple hats and you have to know there are no systems in place like you would find at an Enterprise company.
