Off location, poor management, lack of leadership, no learning opportunities, all drama to show they are transparent but actually too secretive. Pretty much hierarchical. Visibility is favored and privilege of only a few close to senior management. No clear future plans. Almost broke! Pulling too much PR strings to cover up! Almost Nothing in pipeline.
