Nothing but love for the staff at Hummingbird. They're a bright and cheerful group of people. One of the things I will truly miss after I depart will be how great it was to work alongside such ambitious and bright minds.

Law is a grind and if you do not have a substantial client base to begin with (or you practice in an area that does not overlap with other counsel), you will find it difficult to work at a place like this. Although work/life is flexible, it can be feast or famine even for the best of lawyers.

Hummingbird Lawyers is a great place to work. Management is understanding and courteous. This place is more like family than co-workers. Everyone is always available to help you if needed.

I believe that there is always room for improvement in anything. But thinking of things to improve here it becomes so difficult, because all you see around is positive.
