Small Company - IT Support Humphrey Management Employee Review

I loved and miss the positive work culture. In my team, everyone worked well together. The executive team frequently organized team-building activities. There were opportunities for learning and growth throughout the year. My success was always recognized and celebrated.

There were not many that I can recall.

When 1st hired, the company had awesome camaraderie and a management team that was hands on and communicative.

Recent owner/management change has created a hands off, lack of direction management style with major turnover within the organization. Each person coming in creates their own rules and reports and then they leave. This constant turnover is exhausting. They do offer good benefits.
