      Some of the best benefits of Hunkemöller as a job are all the opportunities you get to develop and grow as a person and the fine community that exists between all employees.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can feel like you have tough goals to hit, however, this can easily turn into something positive if you are as goal-oriented as I am.

      Pros

      I had an extremely pleasant experience with the recruiter (thank you, Jeroen!) as well as with the onboarding process. I felt genuinely welcomed from day one, and even though there is A LOT to take in, I remain excited and motivated to be part of the team. The passion shown by our senior management and product teams is truly inspiring.

      Cons

      For a company of this size, more structure would be beneficial. However, it’s clear that teams recognize this and are taking steps to improve it.
