Pros

I love my job at Hunt Adkins! The culture here is great; everyone is team-focused, communicates well, and genuinely values and supports one another. Each member of the project team is involved from start to finish, so everyone is engaged and feels open to contribute their ideas. Compared to prior agencies I've been at where the process was very assembly-line-oriented, HA’s holistic approach works so much more smoothly. Although the work can be intense at times, it’s always an exciting and rewarding challenge. The agency continually scans the landscape and as a result, is in-the-know, has it’s finger on the pulse of current trends and always has an eye to the future. Bonus: the beautiful work space has great views of the city that make it easy to stay inspired.

Cons

Occasionally there can be some long hours, but that's to be expected at any ad agency. I really don't mind when I'm surrounded by so many other dedicated hard-workers!

Pros

Where do I start? 1. The people - Strategic, talented, and real. You couldn't ask for a better place to work in being surrounded by people who truly do care about doing what's right for the brands we touch. It doesn't matter how big or small the job, the commitment to excellence lives within the walls. 2. The culture - Work hard and celebrate together. I'm blessed to work on a team where everyone takes pride in the job they do and rallies to deliver the best product possible. Equally as important, there is a strong camaraderie among the HA team that cannot be forced or faked. 3. The work - Rooted in strategic foundation, it is empowering and rewarding to be a part of a team that approaches every assignment with meaning and purpose, asks the hard questions, and pushes the limits in striving for nothing but extraordinary.

Cons

I'll let you know if I ever think of one.
