Pros

The free apartment is nice but it's whatever unit is available there are not manger specified units.

Cons

The supervisors and upper management cater to the ones who threaten lawsuits and cause drama. It's more like high school with corporate staff starting the gossip with private information. Most of the company is a family member to the now owner since Mr. Hunt passed, and family members get all the perks can do as they want and take as much time off while still getting paid. But once one doesn't like you or you've upset them then your done. Corporate fires people illegally then waves money at them and makes them sign documents without an attorney to protect from lawsuits for illegal activity. If an onsite manager has legitimate concerns for their safety they are blown off. Female managers are to approach drunk groups of people and if they don't they will be fired. All improvements and necessary repairs are handled by inadequate vendors who do not have a clue as to what they are doing. If your into being bullied blown off and worried constantly for your safety then this is the company for you!

Pros

A fun work environment when you have friends there. You get free food after every shift and many times during the shifts. If they give you the chance, you can learn to do a lot of stuff related to HR practices. 3k a semester in tuition assistance for managers, 2.5k for crew.

Cons

The managers are really not trained in effecting L&D methods. Half of them don’t put into practice what is taught in the seminars. They can be very rude, you get yelled at constantly by other managers and customers, and the pay is pretty terrible. You’ll never get a raise until promoted 2 or 3 times, and then it’s only 50 cents or a dollar.
