There is a huge lack of leadership support and qualities. In the HBU division they are all about allowing the employees run the floor while supervisors and managers do nothing. They do not create a safe and effective business environment for the staff. It's all about who you know and not about experience. They are not a lean company, do not have or understand what the lean culture is.
