Pros
Great benefits, gorgeous corporate office, free apples and other healthy choices during frequent company-paid lunches, lots of 'old fashioned" things like loyalty to employees, chance for development, great discount on blinds. I am grateful to the company and in particular my boss, staff and colleagues for my time there!
Cons
Some "old school" things like less flexible work hours and work from home possibilities. No diversity in top leadership.
