Pros
Great place to work if you want a front row seat to watch a company collapse from horrible management and an out of date business model.
Cons
The company is run by out of touch old white men many of which got their managment jobs from their fathers. New employees rarely last for more then a year. New employees Come in with lots of ambition but quickly get tired of bumping heads with know nothing management and stay for less then a year.
