The company does great financially and has great benefits. You can really grow your knowledge with the amount of problems to solve available at the company and if you are lucky possibly your career as well. Great work life balance for the most part.
Cons
Parts of Hunter Douglas do not understand technology very well and struggle to get with modern times. This extends to not valuing employees and seeing them as the issue instead of supporting them with the proper tools and resources needed. Be prepared to go along with whatever absurd idea executive level management comes up with.
