Pros

Compensation and benefits are a bit better than most other customer service positions.

Cons

Very poor management. Expected too much from one representative especially during covid. The company has no loyalty to its long term employees. Does not value hiring from within. No opportunities for advancement. Worked for Hunter Douglas for 20+ years. The longer youre there the worse youre treated. I finally gave in and went elsewhere.
