Pros

Positive and supportive work environment with a great team spirit. Everyone has a strong work ethic and is motivated to do their best. Teams collaborate well and colleagues are always willing to help and support each other. Knowledgeable, approachable, and supportive team leaders who are always available when needed. A forward-thinking company that is continuously looking for ways to improve and develop. Modern tools, equipment, and systems that make it easier to work efficiently and deliver high-quality results.

Cons

The work environment is fast paced, so it may not be the right fit for everyone. Strong customer service and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly to changing situations are essential to succeed at Hunter Recruiting.

Pros

Minimal, the only positive experience I had was working with my team.

Cons

When hired, I couldn’t have been more eager - and the first 30 days were amazing. I came to work and left work excited. I heard rumors of the toxicity within the company - my manager even warned to “not pay attention to the turnover”, as 3 people quit in my first 3 weeks. That should have been a sign. The “Honeymoon Phase” ending on the 31st day. The CEO and COO are greedy & quite frankly don’t understand the industry that their business runs off of. They are unfathomably inflexible & PTO policies aren’t consistent & are boarder-line unethical. I have never experienced such micromanagement - it was laughable. There was also so much ambiguity with the compensation plan & you would be penalized by having hybrid privileges revoked simply by discussing the compensation model. Upper management constantly plays musical chairs, moving you around the office. You can cut the tension with a knife & feel the uneasiness within the building.
