None….I have nothing good to say. Every benefit the company has it reduces after hire. Performance doesn’t matter, the better you do the more they will raise sales goals and reduce incentives/commission….you will work harder year after year for less money. If you want a stagnant career with unnecessary stress and being promoted to more responsibilities and lower pay every year then Huntington Bank is the place for you

It sounds like a good entry level job and promises professional development…but don’t let the recruiters fool you. No one at the bank cares about you. If you accept a job at Huntington don’t stop looking for another job. The benefits suck The schedule sucks The pay sucks The management is overworked and angry so they suck The workload sucks The training sucks The culture sucks Working for Huntington will provide a mediocre paycheck and take your life and your soul in return
