Pros
There are way too many pros to list out. I will name a few.
The atmosphere is incredibly positive, everyone is motivated and loves their job, and everyone is there to lend a hand. The onboarding is extremely smooth and well documented - this is a company of proven processes and documentation. The training itself is top-notch - they will not just throw you in the deep end. Although remote, everyone and everything are super personable, and it overall feels like one big giant family. They give you the training, tools, and everything you need to succeed. Couple this all with good pay/commissions/total comp, benefits, and more - this has been the best thing to happen to my career. As an SDR too, they want you to succeed and promote into other roles, which is incredible to see.
Cons
As of this point, nothing.
