Lots of learning opportunities. It's a great job to have if only for the opportunity to work with so many different organisms. Great people to work with, it's an amazing team.

There hasn't been a pay raise for this position in 12 years.... Management does not value their employees, there is no cost of living adjustment or annual bonus. As a result turnover rate is high. I would love to work here forever but the incentives are not there. You can't ask for Master's degree qualified employees with years of experience and then pay us like we're interns.
