      Pros

      Staff very friendly and management very knowledgable. Supervisor was very fair and explained all the duties. She even taught me how to process import paperwork and track incoming shipments.

      Cons

      It was a shame that I was part of a downsizing due to several quarters' bad sales results.

      Company car phone laptop, Simi ok benifits

      Cons

      Very dysfunctional service department. Old timers refusing to teach, lead, or get out of the way. You will be used and abused for next to nothing. It will be chaotic and you will be in over your head in front of disgruntled customers with no meaningful support in front of a throw away machine riddled with problems.
