1. As I said learned a lot as fresher but that happened because always was overloaded with work and worked for 14 hrs in a day to meet deadlines.
2. As a fresher, you are made to believe you do not have any life outside of work (At least I only learned that and after working for other companies which are big and equally technically enriching, I personally feel Hurix need to work in this seriously). Anyways that's even true for people who are experienced and technically good.
3. When I joined was very fortunate to work with very fine technical brains, but that changed and later hired employees were technically incompetent. Thus increasing the workload of team members like us who knew the product well. (Point to note is those people had more experience under their belt and were technically my seniors.)
4. Worst part is those people still are very much present there.
5. The company was going through financial trouble than had to wait a long time for the appraisal. (Can't say about present state)
6. Higher management people just deny to understand that employee are paid for only 9 hrs/day, you do not own their life.
7. Top management lacks technical brain to appreciate the technical difficulty faced by engineering team and thus resulting in unrelaistic deadlines.
