* Totally unrealistic sales targets from the head office, who doesn't understand the local markets * Not everyone gets to travel or experience the product * Terrible management, playing favorites and encouraging and allowing toxic behavior * Poor communication from the global office to local markets * Global team is a decade behind local markets in skills and knowledge, particularly in technology * The product is a tough sell to local markets who don't know the company with the funny name and don't want to pay the high prices for the product * The "Norwegian way" of work-life balance does not translate to the local markets -- who have to find a way to get the work done while the Norwegians were off on their monthlong vacations
