      -good company to grow at -lots of training courses offered internally -tuition reimbursement is a huge plus -good cross-collaboration on teams

      -lots to learn -you have to ask for help if you need it

      Good learning for fresh out of college as you get hands-on on everything

      Cons

      Since it is a tier 1- You have to be hands - on from day 1 and you were expected to wear multiple hats at once.
