      Pros

      Dynamic work environment, free culture and do not constantly have a supervisor over your shoulder. Executives have open meetings with employees and give good feedback on company status. Are allowed to grow givin the right boss.

      Cons

      They went thru a horrible lab manager who played favorites and gave the best review ratings to his friends outside of work. You can not successfully manage when you bring that approach. I have since heard that this has changed so maybe its not so bad now.

      Good learning for fresh out of college as you get hands-on on everything

      Cons

      Since it is a tier 1- You have to be hands - on from day 1 and you were expected to wear multiple hats at once.
