      If wanting to get into the industry very good starting stone, pressure is there but alot calmer than other factories.

      Cons

      Changes in shifts were made very quickly and without thought causing alot of people to leave.

      Good learning for fresh out of college as you get hands-on on everything

      Cons

      Since it is a tier 1- You have to be hands - on from day 1 and you were expected to wear multiple hats at once.
